The food-grade inner Voltec pump 'IV/IVD' is a pump that can transport liquids along with soft solids without breaking them. It moves the liquid by rotating two conical disks with blades on the inside and a flat disk. The blades rotate in a way that chases the solids without hitting them, thus preventing damage to soft materials. It can also transport granular solids like sesame seeds and highly viscous liquids like stews. We would like to introduce a case study of a food manufacturer using the "Inner Voltec Pump," which can transport soft solids together with liquids without breaking them. The FOOMA JAPAN 2020 Nikuni Virtual Booth is also currently being held, so please take a look. Previously, workers had to carry large containers filled with solids up a ladder next to the tank, lifting and tilting the containers at the inlet to transfer the contents. However, the containers were heavy, and climbing the steps was dangerous, making it very unpopular among the workers. As a solution, we provided the "Inner Voltec Pump," which allows for gentle transportation of solids without breaking them.
